Blackman was considered by many to be the 2nd greatest shooting guard of the 1980s, behind Michael Jordan. He excelled in college like few others and would make any all-time Big 8/Big XII team. He excelled on both ends of the courts. There are lesser players in the hall. Blackman needs to be in.
