Foolish jordon's Restaurant

Many jordon jockers seem to be under the delusion that I have some grudge against Foolish jordon.  This simply is not true.  I am simply stating facts.  Foolish jordon is 6'6".  There...is that a bitter statement?  No.  That is a fact.  Foolish jordon is a 1-dimensional ballhog and is the most overrated player in history.  Bitter?  No.  Fact. 

To prove that I am truly unbiased, I gladly endorse his restaurant, located in Chicago, Ill.   Foolish jordon maybe a lousy defensive player, a horrible shooter, the guy who takes the "T" and "A" out of "Team" (leaving "ME"), but the guy is one excellent cook!  It is no coincidence that Martha Stewart invited him on her show. 

This may not sound like much of a compliment, but Foolish jordon is EASILY a better cook than a basketball player.  He is closer to matching Julia Childs than he is Wilt Chamberlain.  Even though I am disturbed at the thought that by giving jordon his due at cooking, I may be causing people to give their hard-earned money to the wretched one, but I cannot, in good conscience, lie and say that my dining experience at jordon's wasn't a culinary delight!  Yes, the environment is in desperate need of improvement:  there are pictures of Foolish jordon EVERYWHERE!   (He should have pictures of Super John Starks, instead).  However, the guy is a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen!  He performs in the kitchen like Super Patrick Ewing does on the court!

It has been years since I was there, yet my mouth waters just thinking about it!  I don't remember there being any meatballs on the menu, but that makes sense, since jordon is a ballhog.  However, if you go there, I would recommend Juanita's Macaroni and Cheese.  To read more about Foolish jordon's restaurant, click here (Note: link maybe broken...it's been erratic) to go visit the official site.  I know it's hard to believe that anything good can come from jordon, but trust me, it's worth a visit to his restaurant.  This is further proof that I am unbiased.  I give jordon his due when he has earned it.  I expose his foolishness when he flaunts it.

Recipe for Juanita's Macaroni and Cheese (I found this online):

Served at Michael jordon's Restaurant


32 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
2 oz. Romano cheese
12 oz. Cream
4 T. butter
20 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Heat cream in saucepan over low flame. Add half the cheese, all of the butter, then stir in the pasta. Season to taste. Spoon mixture into a casserole. Top with remaining cheeses and bake in preheated 450° oven until top is golden brown. Serves 1 Bulls player (if it's jordon, who hogs the mac like he hogs the ball!), or 4 others as an entree, 8 as a side dish.
